Venue Assessment
Our technician reviews the venue layout, power supply, cable routing and speaker placement before equipment arrives. No surprises on event day.
Early Delivery & Sound Check
All PA systems, lighting and screens are delivered and fully tested at least one hour before your first guest arrives. Your MC or DJ is briefed on all controls.
On-Site Support
For large AV setups, our technician remains available throughout the event for adjustments. A direct call line is left with your event coordinator.
Collection & Clear-Up
We return to collect all equipment after your event ends. Everything is de-rigged and removed cleanly. You don’t lift a single cable.
