- Sized for your tent or venue. We ask for your tent size, expected guest count and venue type, then specify the right number and type of units — not a generic guess.
- Silent options for speeches and ceremonies. Our evaporative coolers and low-speed fans can run at noise levels compatible with background music and speeches — always the quietest adequate solution for weddings and formal dinners.
- Full setup and collection included. Heaters and cooling units are positioned, connected and tested before guests arrive. Collection is arranged after the event — you don't move anything.
- Safe, compliant equipment. All patio heaters are LPG-certified, inspected before every hire and fitted with tip-over cut-offs. Electrical units are PAT-tested with proper cable management.

June, July and August are coldest — temperatures can drop to 10–13°C at night, making heaters essential for evening events under marquees. November and December can also be cool after dark.
A 10×20m enclosed marquee with 200 guests in warm weather typically needs 4–6 large industrial fans or 2–3 evaporative coolers. We calculate exact requirements once you share your venue details.
LPG patio heaters require adequate ventilation and should not be used in fully enclosed spaces. For enclosed marquees we recommend electric infrared heaters or gas options with open sidewalls.
We can arrange generator hire separately. For events without reliable grid power, let us know in advance — generator sizing depends on total load including lighting, sound and climate equipment.
1–2 weeks is usually sufficient. During June–August (cold season peak), book 3–4 weeks ahead — patio heater stock is limited and in high demand across Nairobi events.
