Event Logistics & Inventory Coordinator (3-Month Contract)
Full-timePrecision Order Fulfillment: Pull, pack, and palletize custom theme decor, lighting, and furniture accurately. Double-check all event "pull sheets" to ensure the exact right items leave the warehouse and order errors are completely eliminated. On-Time Delivery Management: Coordinate loading schedules and dispatch timings. Ensure delivery trucks arrive at client venues precisely on schedule to keep on-site event setups running smoothly. Supplier & Sub-Rental Tracking: Act as the primary gatekeeper for all third-party supplier rentals. Check items in, inspect them for damage, and prep them for prompt return to avoid costly late fees. Quality Assurance: Conduct strict quality checks on outgoing gear. Meticulously inspect returning items to ensure they are in pristine, "ready-to-rent" shape. Flexible Operations: Own the warehouse floor during our busiest operational window (Thursday through Saturday for load-outs, and Monday for returns). Maintain the agility to scale up to full-week schedules during peak seasonal rushes.Space Optimization: Keep the warehouse layout clean, safe, and highly organized to maximize day-to-day workflow efficiency.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to reliably work the core Thursday–Saturday & Monday shift, with open availability to pivot to full 7-day weeks when major productions drop.
- Hyper-Attention to Detail: A "double-check everything" mindset to guarantee order accuracy and timing before any truck departs.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; a degree or coursework in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Event Management is a major plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in event rentals, catering logistics, theater/set logistics, or fast-paced warehouse environments.
- Vendor Management Skills: Strong communication skills to liaise with external suppliers and document item conditions accurately.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift or move event equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
On-Call Event Decorator
Full-time / Part-timeCreate and install balloon decorations Arrange flowers, centrepieces and floral displays Style tents, backdrops, tables and event spaces Assist with themed décor, fabrics, props and lighting Help prepare, load and organise décor equipment Support event setup, styling and dismantling Maintain neat, attractive and professional finishes Handle décor items and tools carefully Work professionally and respectfully at client venues Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Minimum qualification of completed high school education
- Proficiency in English and Mathematics
- Availability mainly on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

On-Call Event Crew / Setup Assistant
Freelance• Heavy Lifting & Setup: Load/unload event equipment, pitch tents, arrange premium furniture, and position themed props.• Branding & Decor Support: Assist decor teams with hanging banners, setting up photobooths, laying carpets, and placing lighting elements.• On-Site Assistance: Help with guest ushering, managing parking layouts, running errands during the event, and distribution of materials.• Striking & Pack-down: Carefully dismantle setups, pack fragile decor pieces, clean the venue, and reload trucks post-event.
- Education: Form Four (KCSE) certificate or above.• Language: Fluent in English and Kiswahili to communicate easily with clients and team members.• Physical Fitness: Able to handle heavy lifting (up to 20kg), long hours on your feet, and active manual work.• Reliability: Must own a reliable smartphone with active WhatsApp for instant deployment and coordinate call-times.• Punctuality: You show up on time, every time.
