Where do you deliver? ▼
Anywhere in Kenya. Greater Nairobi is daily; surrounding counties (Kiambu, Machakos, Athi River) are calculated per-km; destination locations like Naivasha, Diani and the Mara are per-km plus crew accommodation if overnight.
Is there a free delivery threshold? ▼
We are finalising free-delivery zones for larger bookings within Greater Nairobi. Until then, the standard per-kilometre rate applies. Ask your coordinator for the current promotion.
Is setup and collection included? ▼
Yes — both are always included on every order. The per-kilometre transport line is the only delivery cost.
Can I collect items myself instead? ▼
For most items yes — collection from our Nairobi yard is available, and removes the transport line entirely. Large tents and AV rigs require professional installation, so self-collect isn't available for those.
