Terms of Reservation
To provide a professional and reliable service, the following terms apply to all bookings with Amazing Theme Party Planners.
Transport Rates
Delivery is charged at KES 270/km for the first 30 km from our yard, then KES 180/km beyond 30 km. Transport applies to all bookings. Call 0792 788 442 for a quote.
Free Delivery — Bouncing Castles & Slides Only
Bouncing castles and slides are the only products that include free delivery and collection within our standard service area. All other hires are subject to the per-km transport charge above.
Deposit
A commitment fee of 50% of the total invoice is required to reserve items for your specific event date. This ensures the inventory is secured and taken off the market for other clients. No booking is confirmed without this deposit.
Payments
All payments are made exclusively to our official till number:

Transport Charges
Transport is charged on all bookings and is calculated based on the distance from our yard to your venue:
KES 270/km
First 30 km from our yard
KES 180/km
Beyond 30 km
Exception: Bouncing castles and slides include free delivery and collection. All other hired items are subject to the per-km rate above.
Transport costs are confirmed during the quoting process. Setup and labour are included in all hire packages.
Balance Payment
The remaining 50% balance — plus the applicable transport charge — is due upon delivery at the venue, immediately after setup is complete and the client has confirmed and accepted all items. The till number remains 9937281.
Damage Policy
Clients are fully responsible for all hired items during the hire period. Any breakages, losses, or significant damage to furniture, décor, or equipment will incur a replacement or repair fee assessed at current market value. We advise clients to secure items safely, especially at outdoor events.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable as items are held exclusively for your booking and unavailable to other clients. Orders placed less than 24 hours before the event attract a 5% last-minute surcharge. We encourage clients to reschedule rather than cancel where possible.

Duration of Hire
Standard rental rates cover a 24-hour period. If you require items for a longer duration — such as a multi-day event or conference — please specify this during the quoting stage or select the number of days in your digital cart before checkout.
