Children's celebrations
Kids packages range from open-air picnic parties to Silver, Gold and Platinum celebrations. Depending on the tier, inclusions can cover themed tableware, decorated children's chairs, balloon décor, a cake display, gift bags, a bouncy castle or trampoline, entertainment and professional setup.
Choose this family when the priority is a complete, child-friendly setup with the décor and activities coordinated in one booking.
Birthdays, picnics & adult events
Adult packages include Picnic, Silver, Gold and Platinum options for birthdays, anniversaries, bridal events, graduations, private dinners and corporate celebrations. Depending on the tier, inclusions can include tents, premium chairs, dressed tables, glassware, gold cutlery, florals, balloon focal points, lighting and setup.

Weddings & traditional ceremonies
Wedding packages are available in Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers for intimate ceremonies, garden weddings, ruracios, receptions and larger Nairobi celebrations. Inclusions may cover floral arches, aisle styling, chairs, dressed tables, centrepieces, lighting, cake-table styling, signage and professional setup.

Packages start from KSh 15,000 for kids birthday parties, KSh 18,000 for picnic parties, KSh 55,000 for adult/corporate Silver, KSh 95,000 for Silver Wedding, and KSh 350,000+ for Platinum Wedding. All prices include professional setup and teardown.
Each package includes tables, seating (Tiffany or Chiavari chairs), themed decor, and professional setup and teardown. Mid and premium tiers include tents, floral arches, chandeliers, and linen. No separate hiring is needed unless you want a custom add-on.
An 80% deposit is required to confirm and secure your event date. The remaining 20% is due on delivery. For bookings within 7 days, 100% is required upfront. Pay via M-Pesa Till No. 9937281 (buy goods and services).
We recommend 2-4 weeks ahead for standard packages and 4-8 weeks for weddings. Peak seasons (December, Easter, August) book out fast. Last-minute bookings within 72 hours are accepted subject to availability.
Our team delivers all equipment to your venue, sets everything up before guests arrive, and returns to dismantle after. Setup begins 3-5 hours before the event. Delivery: KSh 270/km for first 30 km, KSh 180/km beyond.
Yes. We deliver to Kiambu (Thika, Ruiru, Kikuyu, Limuru), Machakos (Athi River, Machakos Town), Kajiado (Ngong, Kiserian, Ongata Rongai), and towns including Nakuru, Naivasha, and Mombasa. Contact us on WhatsApp for a delivery quote.
Yes. All packages can be customised with colour schemes, themes (princess, superhero, safari, tropical), and add-ons such as photo booths, LED letters, candy carts, and florals. Share your theme via WhatsApp and we will send a tailored quote within 2 hours.
Packages with a tent or canopy are protected from rain. If yours does not include a tent and rain is forecast, we can add one at short notice subject to availability. We monitor forecasts and contact clients 48 hours before the event.
Cancellations more than 14 days before receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 7-14 days before receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days the deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date within 6 months.
Every package includes our setup team during setup and teardown. Gold and Platinum tiers include a dedicated on-site coordinator for the full event. For Silver and Standard packages, our team is reachable via WhatsApp throughout your event.
