How Our Crew Works — Setup & Safety
Site Survey & Ground Check
Before every large tent, our team assesses the ground for slope, underground utilities, and anchor points. Proper anchoring is non-negotiable - stakes or water-weights depending on surface.
Trained Setup Crew
All tents are erected by trained, uniformed crew supervised by a site lead. Our team carries full tools and works to a setup checklist - no sub-contracted labour on the day.
Pre-Event Inspection
Once erected, the site lead conducts a walk-round: tensioning, pole stability, waterproof seams, electrical cable routing (if applicable), and clearance from fire exits.
Post-Event Strike
We return after your event to dismantle and collect all equipment. The crew leaves the venue in the same condition they found it - no stakes, no debris, no mess.
