Hire Balloon Ceiling Décor in Nairobi from KES 35,000 per setup from Amazing Theme Party Planners, in your custom colour palette.
Create an utterly immersive event atmosphere with Balloon Ceiling Décor hire in Nairobi from Amazing Theme Party Planners. A balloon ceiling transforms an ordinary room into a breathtaking, cloud-like space, and guests are surrounded by colour from the moment they walk in.
Each balloon ceiling is custom designed in your chosen colour palette and covers your ceiling with clustered, organic balloon arrangements. Our team uses 11-inch and 5-inch latex balloons in standard and chrome types, with chrome, matte, pastel and metallic finishes, mixed in varied sizes for a natural cloud effect. Whether you are hosting a glamorous adult gala or a dreamy kids' party, the effect is magical.
Installation is handled entirely by our balloon team. The balloons are air-filled, so no helium is needed, and they are held in place by hidden fishing-line rigging from the ceiling anchor points, so the clusters appear to float. A typical installation takes two to four hours, depending on the size of your venue, and everything is completed before your first guest arrives.

Balloon Ceiling Décor for milestone birthdays and kids' parties
For a milestone birthday or a children's party, a balloon ceiling makes the whole room feel like part of the celebration. Choose pastel tones for a kids' party, or gold and chrome for an adult milestone, and match them to your backdrop and tableware. Whether the party is in Karen, Runda or a hotel in Westlands, the colour overhead reaches every guest, wherever they sit.
Balloon Ceiling Décor for weddings and engagements
At a wedding or engagement celebration, a balloon ceiling softens a large hall and adds romance without taking up floor space. White, blush and gold clusters suit a reception, and the overhead decor leaves the tables and aisles free for guests.
Balloon Ceiling Décor for corporate galas and brand activations
Corporate galas, product launches and brand activations use balloon ceilings as a statement. Match the colours to your brand, install the ceiling in a foyer or ballroom, and every guest who walks in sees your colours first. Retail stores also use balloon ceilings for launch days.

Quick answer
How big a balloon ceiling do you need?
Pricing follows your ceiling area. A small ceiling of about 30 sq m, such as an intimate café or small venue, starts from KES 35,000. A medium ceiling of about 60 sq m, such as a standard function hall, starts from KES 60,000. Large ceilings of 100 sq m or more, such as grand ballrooms, are quoted individually, and very large halls over 200 sq m are installed by multiple teams on request. A typical ceiling uses 200 to 600 or more balloons. Send your venue name, ceiling size and colours on WhatsApp and we will confirm a quote, and for larger venues we arrange a site assessment first.
